OUR PRODUCTS
The measurements of our products are not exact and may vary since parts of the production are made by hand. All items will shrink 2-5%. Follow washing instructions and shape after washing. No tumble dry or dry cleaning.

WHEN YOU BUY FROM US
We update our stock continously. Desipte that we cannot guaratee that all articles are in stock when you lay your order. Delivery time might therefor vary between 5 days and 4 weeks. If your article is out of stock we will contact you via e-mail or on phone shortly.


PERSONAL INFO
Brita Sweden guarantee that your personal won't be shared with third party. When register as a customer you admit Brita Sweden to save necessary info to maintain our customer relationship. Information about your order will be saved for 7 years according to the Swedish accounting law.

According to Swedish law "GDPR" regarding personal info you have the right to get information about your personal info saved at Brita Sweden AB and you have the right to make corrections and ask us to remove your info. In that case contact us at info@britasweden.se <mailto:info@britasweden.se>.

PRICES
You can choose to make your purchase in SEK, Euro or USD and if the price should show including tax, 25% or not. The Swedish tax will be removed from the price on orders to individuals with delivery address outside of EU. Please consider that local taxes may be added depending on which country you live in. All local costs are paid you as a customer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost within Sweden is 99 sek and we offer free delivery when you purchase over 1400 sek. Shipping cost within EU and other parts of the world vary between 20 and 55 Euro depending on the size of your package. For return of orders in Sweden we will charge 199 sek, in EU 40 euro and outside EU the return cost is the same as the "ship-to-you" cost. The return cost include a cost for unpacking and handling your return.

SHIPPING

Your order will be sent to a DHL or UPS service point where you must personally collect it, with a few exceptions which are parcels longer than 150 cm or with a weight over 20 kg. Those will be sent with home delivery. This is the package measurements, not the article it self.

IMPORTANT!
It is very important that you ensure you entered your delivery address correctly including information about any entrance code or other important info for entering the building. You need to include your mobile number with the country code and the mobile number has to be local in the country of delivery. We do not recommend choosing a temporary delivery address for your order, as we can not control the delivery date once the order has left our warehouse. Deliveries to a hotel or a short rental apartment is an example of temporary addresses. 

You are fully responsible to personally be on the delivery address for collecting your order the day of delivery. Your name must be found in the entrance of the building and on the door for delivery. If the order is sent to a service point you need to collect the order at the service point personally.

You are sent an email from Unifaun once your order is sent. This email include your tracking information and it is important that you follow your delivery via the link you receive by email from Unifaun (noreply@unifaunonline.se) to avoid problems or delays. Following this link you can also pay your import taxes. 


PAYMENT

We use Worldline/Bambora. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Brita Sweden AB cannot see your creditcard information sice all communication is being handled by DIBS and are secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

Your card will be charged the moment you make your purchase.

Brita Sweden have no access to details about your creditcard.


SALE ITEMS - 2:nd assortment
Second assortment means that the article might have some kind of deviation in size, color or shape - or have small faults. Big devations like spots etc is written in the articel text. We give no guarantee on second assortment.

SALE ITEMS - SAMPLES
Samples are being made with every new design. A sample might have a different color, size och design from our ordinary assortment. Or might just have been used at a photo shoot. We give no guarantee on samples.


CANCELLATIONS

We handle orders immediately and if all is in stock we send immediately. This is why it is not possible to cancel an order already placed and paid for. If something is no longer in stock without any refill date we might have to cancel your order and will in this case contact you as soon as possible. 


RETURNS

Du have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day when your order reached the collection point. The article has to be unused and undamaged and should be in the same conditions as when you recived it. You also have to leave the hanger on the article. You are responsible for the packing of the article so that it won't be damaged during shipping.

If you wish to make a return, contact us at order@britasweden.se and we will send you a return shipping label by email. For return of orders in Sweden we will charge 199 sek, in rest of EU 40 euro and outside EU the return cost is the same as the "ship-to-you" cost with a minimum cost of 40 euro.

Returns will be paid to the same creditcard used for purchase with the cost for return deducted from the total amount.

SALE
Products under "outlet" are either discontinued or samples. The samples may have been used in photoshoots. The products are without faults unless the describing text says anything else. Labels may be missing or faded in color. No returns accepted.

COMPLAINTS

We follow Swedish recommendations regarding complaints.

If the article has a fabrication fault or is damaged when at recival it is of most importance that the customer informs Brita Sweden within 7 days.

Complaits reg manufacturing fault is accepted 3 years from date of purchase.

Keep the receipt for complaints.

If the article is damaged due to shipping handeling the customer has to report this to the transporter upon deilvery.

We accept no reclamations/complaints for samples or second assortment.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order is usually sent in 1 - 2 weeks but you may experience up 4 weeks delivery time if the article you have purchased is in production. If the delivery time is important to you we recommend that you contact us before you proceed with your purchase.

During July/August aswell as during Christmas/New Year holdays deliveries might take longer.

We do not recommend that your delivery address is a temporary address or an address where you can only accept a delivery within a given time frame. You are fully responsible to be available for delivery.

IF YOU DENY TO COLLECT YOU PACKAGE
If you deny to collect your package and we get a return, we will charge you 100 sek or 20 euro for administration on top of the return cost that we are charging.
